I bought my first investment property with my life savings of 14k when I was about 23 years old. It became the school of hard knocks and I literally taught myself how to renovate on the job, but I was hooked. There were no webinars or gurus, just lots of trial and error. Over the years I have lost count of the houses I have bought, renovated, and sold, but each one has taught me unique lessons. Lessons I hope to pass along to my clients.
